- Aspirations & Drivers – who you are, what do you want to accomplish, what are your values as you accomplish goals.
- Vision – in an ideal world, what would your reputation include, what do you want to be known for, and how would you describe your vision for what you want to become.
- Mission – how will you accomplish this vision with actions consistent with your vision?
- Values – what are the core values for the company, your employees, and delivered to your customers every day, every time, every product or service.
- Market Differentiators
- What do you do better than your competitors?
- How is your product superior to others?
- How do you deliver value in a significantly better way?
- Strategic Objectives
- Main strategies to pursue in short and medium term to achieve your mission and goals.
- Action Plans or Initiatives to achieve objectives
- Action plans with measurements to chart progress of strategies.
- Action plans process to go from where you are to where you want to be.
- KPI’s that can be reviewed monthly, quarterly, annually.
