Developing the One Page Business Plan – how to gain your management’s buy in and develop specific key performance indicators for your business.

Divided into four (4) key sections:

  1.  Aspirations & Drivers – who you are, what do you want to accomplish, what are your values as you accomplish goals.
    1. Vision – in an ideal world, what would your reputation include, what do you want to be known for, and how would you describe your vision for what you want to become.
    2. Mission – how will you accomplish this vision with actions consistent with your vision?
    3. Values – what are the core values for the company, your employees, and delivered to your customers every day, every time, every product or service.
  2. Market Differentiators
    1. What do you do better than your competitors?
    2. How is your product superior to others?
    3. How do you deliver value in a significantly better way?
  3. Strategic Objectives
    1.  Main strategies to pursue in short and medium term to achieve your mission and goals.
  4. Action Plans or Initiatives to achieve objectives
    1. Action plans with measurements to chart progress of strategies.
    2. Action plans process to go from where you are to where you want to be.
    3. KPI’s that can be reviewed monthly, quarterly, annually.
