HLB International, one of the leading international accountancy networks, has recently signed three new member firms: Expat Norway and Dataplan AS in Norway and PAA Tax Legal Consulting in Moldova.
Based in Stavanger, Norway, Expat Norway and Dataplan AS provide accounting, tax and advisory services to clients from all industry sectors, a number of whom they accompany in their international operations. The firms plan to use “HLB’s network of expertise for the benefit of those of [their] clients who want to move beyond national borders”.
Expat Norway and Dataplan AS’s membership will strengthen HLB International’s already existing presence in Norway with member firm Revisorkollegiet AS and contribute to developing offering to existing and prospective clients.
Established in 2004 and based in Chisinau, Moldova, PAA Tax Legal Consulting provides accounting, tax and advisory services to a wide range of industry services including special expertise in the telecommunication, construction, trade and agricultural sectors. The firm’s partners have significant Big Four background.
