Evolution LLP, one of HLB’s member firms in the UK, was placed second in the Employer of the Year category at the British Accountancy Awards 2012. This category recognizes the firm for working with the interests of its staff in mind – providing them with the very best conditions and taking on board their suggestions for improving team communication.
Evolution’s managing partner Martin Barber commented: “It’s fantastic to have been ranked second for the Employer of the Year Award, it drives us to continue performing to the best of our ability for the benefit of our customers and staff”. Martin Barber also added, as ten team members from Evolution attended the British Accountancy Awards ceremony at Old Billingsgate Market in London, that “the venue for the awards was great and the event itself was a chance to reward some of our hard-working team members with a party in London”.
