This is presented by Stephan Strothenke and Tom Breedlove. Stephan is currently working at our office as part of an exchange program through HLB International. His expertise is in international and German domestic tax matters. He focuses on recent changes in German tax law and consequences for both corporations and their shareholders. Tom is a Principal in our international service group and is an active member of HLB International and other international networking groups in Atlanta.
