  • Employers - For Social Security, Medicare, withheld income tax, and nonpayroll withholding, deposit the tax for payments in Aug if the monthly rule applies.
  • Individuals- If you are not paying your 2019 income tax through withholding (or will not pay enough tax during the year that way), pay the third installment of your 2019 estimated tax. Use form 1040ES for payment.
  • Corporations - Deposit the third installment of estimated tax for 2019.
  • Corporations -Filing due date for Corporations with fiscal year end June 2019.
  • Partnerships/ S corporations- Filing due date for the 2018 calendar year Partnerships ( Form 1065) and S corporations (Form 1120S) that was extended in March 2019.


October deadlines

Oct. 1 - 2018 Income tax return for Estates and Trust( form 1041) filing deadline.

October 15 - Deadline to file extended 2018 individual tax return(form 1040); Form 1040NR; Efile FBAR FinCEN Form 114 and 2018 calendar year Corporate tax return(Form 1120)

Oct 31 - Employers: For Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income tax, file Form 941 for the third quarter of 2019. This due date applies only if you deposited the tax for the quarter in full and on time. If the quarterly tax deposit has been made in full, you have until Nov 12th to file form 941.

Oct 15 - Employers: For Social Security, Medicare, withheld income tax, and nonpayroll withholding, deposit the tax for payments in September if the monthly rule applies.
